Due to the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union, we are currently facing additional tariffs and increased paperwork for shipments outside the UK through this website. As a result, international postage has been temporarily suspended. We are exploring the possibility of resuming sales to customers outside the UK through eBay or Amazon in the future. We appreciate your understanding during this transitional period.
Pick Up
Free Pick up – You can pick up your purchase free of charge, at a time convenient for both parties. You will be contacted if you select this option to make arrangements.
Packaging
All Spirit Mind Body products are carefully packaged & photographed before despatch, in case of any disputes that may arise if your parcel arrives in a sub condition.
Return/Refund Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not perfectly satisfied, we are able to offer you a full refund or exchange for your online purchase providing you notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods, and the item returned to us packaged in the condition that it was sold and sent; therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please contact us first by email at returns@spiritmindbody.co.uk if you wish to arrange a refund or exchange, clearly stating the reason for return and photograph of said item. When posting back your goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
Please note, we are unable to refund any postage and packaging charges.
Once the goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and Spirit Mind Body will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Spirit Mind Body cannot be held liable for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit including those held in country of destination, waiting for delivery. It is recommended that you have a redirection service in place, if you are planning to move.
