Following my personal story  "What a difference a Brain Makes" of having a B12 deficiency. I came across this video which is so amazingly compact with information, not only does it highlight the seriousness if not diagnosed and treated as soon as possible, but of the story of a Physician who would never have put down a mystery illness, that had him almost paralysed and in nappies to a B12 Deficiency. Well worth watching!

Up until a few years ago, when I was also diagnosed with B12 deficiency, I was constantly fighting my way through a foggy wasteland. Few years down the line having the ability to think is wonderful, but I've recently discovered that other symptoms I have suffered over the years and still am might be down to this anaemia too.
