Everything changes and change is not a bad thing...
Today I am happy to announce that after months busying away behind the scenes, redesigning and restructuring Spirit Mind Body UK, it's finally finished and hey presto a new look!
It's taken a while as over the years the site had been built upon and built upon until really it couldn't function easily anymore, hopefully now with some new features and some outdate areas removed, this site will be more able to serve many Kindred Spirits looking for information.
