• I have registered but I have not received my authentication email, what should I do?
  
  Have you checked your spam box?

If you have and you still haven't received the authentication email then please add this website www.spiritmindbody.co.uk to your list of safe senders so that you receive any future emails we may send to you.

When that is done, click here  to go to the "resend activation link" and put in the email address you signed up with then click "Send"

If you still do not receive your authentication email, please contact us and we will manually approve your account.

• I get a white page with "Invalid Token" on it, what does it mean?

Every time you login to the network, your account is given a specific token and passed to your browser.  This is a security measure within the website to make sure you are not a spammer or hacker.  Unfortunately, on occassions that you may have left it and then return and try to go to a new page, the token will have timed out and it will often give you a blank page saying "invalid token". Don't worry, you can click back in your browser and try again, or log out and it will give you a new token.

Warning! If you have been working on an article, event or blog, you may lose your information, so it's best if you have left your work for a while and returned, to right click on your mouse and copy the text first before submitting anything! That way you are less likely to lose your data.

• I can't remember my password!

You will need to reset your password.  In order to do so, please click here. Once you have received the verification email it will contain a series of numbers called a token. Copy and paste this into the token box and make sure you have the correct email address. You will then be able to choose a new password.

If you get an "invalid token" message it's likely you have copied and pasted a blank area. Please make sure no spaces are added. Go through the precedure again and you will get a new token.  If after another attempt you still get an error please report it immediately by contacting us and state the error message.

• I can't remember my username

Click here and add the email address you signed up with, your username will be sent to you.
