Our personal and cultural histories have a profound influence on who we are and how we participate in the world. We embrace some aspects of our history, while other parts we marginalize or attempt to erase. Many of us utilize therapeutic and awareness practices with the hope that we can transform painful, traumatic or shameful aspects of our ancestry, whether it is our national, religious, racial or ethnic identities. In many cases, this leaves us split off from our full potential as human beings and world citizens.

Process Work brings the past to life, by noticing how it appears in our momentary signals and behavior patterns. In this seminar, we will go backwards in time. We will reconstruct our family trees and use our dreaming minds and imagination to learn more about our ancestors, the tribes and the places we come from. We will look into their unfinished business, their obstacles, their dreams and hopes. We will reclaim our past and honor our history as a way to co-create a new and meaningful future for ourselves and for future generations.

Some of the issues we will look at include:

· War trauma

· Religious, racial, ethnic persecution

· Emigration, Immigration and Asylum seeking

· Adoption and/or growing up outside your bio family

· Genetic predispositions towards physical symptoms, addiction and extreme states of consciousness

· Inter-generational relationship and sexual patterning
