The Heal Your Life Workshop is based on the teachings of Louise Hay, and is a wonderful opportunity for people to work together to release past pain and move forward to a more fulfilling future. LOUISE HAY is a worldwide lecturer, metaphysical teacher and author. One of the fundamentals of Louise Hay's work is that loving yourself is part of the solution, regardless of the part of your life you want to change. When you learn to love and accept yourself exactly as you are amazing changes can occur. The main part of the Workshop offers you an opportunity to get in touch with your emotions in a safe and guided way. The feedback for these workshops, which are held worldwide with different leaders, is very positive and encouraging, especially since so many of us are aware that we need to change something in our lives and do not have the necessary tools to help us know correctly what to change. The Workshop will be delivered by Lindy Irving, a certified Louise Hay Teacher, Registered Hypnotherapist, Thought Field Therapist and Life Coach. The focus of the Leader is to create an atmosphere of unconditional support for you away from all the usual criticism and ideas of what you Should Do and Be and allow you to truly access emotions and areas of your life that may be stumbling blocks to real growth and healing for you.
