There seems that there is so much going on in the world right now, exactly as there is being mirrored in our own individual lives, it really is getting to be a challenge keeping up with it all.
I have become more aware since the beginning of this year that there seems to be an even bigger kick up of time disappearing ever faster than before. It truly feels like we are on a fairground ride. I found myself saying to my husband this week that it felt as if a day now consisted of just 12 hours not 24 hours. In my curiosity I decided to check on the website of Sandy Stevenson a teacher of the Ascension process and all its meanings, she lives in Oz. I have known of Sandy’s work since meeting her all of 18 years or so ago. We had both attended one of her first UK seminars on Ascension and have to say it captivated me then, since which I have sort of kept an eye on things somewhat from a distance. However, on her website I knew she always has a clock that monitors the time loss world wide and there it was, almost 12 hours lost now from a day. Please don’t ask me to explain the intricacies of this, I do understand for myself but not sufficiently to pass on, just google Sandy Stephenson and see how it sits with you.
Back to remembering we are creators and not victims. With so much highlighted tragedy, disasters disturbance and war being churned out in the media on a minute by minute basis, it is hard to hold focus sometimes on just how we remain detached from it all. But the truth is we can create what ever we want, just as we can manifest and do whatever we want. It was Henry Thoreau that said ‘our lives at this point are the full manifestation of our thoughts, and what we think about we become’. Truly it is a fact that nobody else does think inside our heads except us.
Therefore it is as easy to slip backwards and become the victim of our thoughts just as it is to step forward and be aware of the creator within. It takes desire, intent dedication and focus to constantly remind ourselves to allow only positive thoughts to drop into the mind. Expect only the best; miracles do happen be sure to be ready for them. As the advert says, ‘you are worth it’ that to me is about the only meaningful statement of any advert today. Become and remain the creator and co-creator in your world alongside the Divine source of All That Is. Connected to your source is again an act of conscious awareness, connected to your source anything is possible.

I’m sure we have all had a dozen or more questions like this that have come up from time to time. Connecting in the Heart is the place that will help guide you to a new place of knowing. Why, because the heart always knows, it is you see, at The Heart of the Matter. When you spend time in the Heart you experience so much Love, because that is all the Heart can give. Its warm and nurturing energy is all that Love can be, and that is always there for you. Just ask, sit quietly and feel the resonance of the Heart’s beat. Think about how it works sending all that blood around your body 24/7 without so much as a moments thought, it’s what it does. Wow, if only we were more aware of all our bodily functions would we be more inclined to give thanks for all of its gifts. I know, it is easy to take all this for granted, of course life is busy, things happen, it moves faster and faster. So when the Heart has had enough it will let you know, will that be the shot over the bow we’ve been inviting unconsciously? Probably, we usually don’t stop until ‘something’ happens to make us. I do feel we can get it all the wrong way around at times.
So let’s take a moment today to stop and smell the roses as the saying goes. Let’s awaken and realise we have that choice; it can be just a moment or more and even more. Let us just breathe and connect with our Heart, with our Heart’s desire. Let us take a look, a deeper look at where ‘The Heart of the Matter’ lies, and listen. The Heart will talk back to you if you listen and give it time.
